Combining a minimalist spirit with maximalist details, the Grand Evo is DITA’s first foray into the field of rimless eyewear.

META EVO 1 is the concept of Sun born after encountering the traditional game of “Go” played around the world. Tradition continues to influence our designs as we honor history and incorporate it into contemporary eyewear. Where the game featured smooth stone, the META-EVO1 was finished with smooth lenses, but a solid frame.

The META-EVO1 debuts as the first fully bezel-less model released by DITA in over 20 years. The reintroduction of this borderless style is a nod to the retro styles of the past. META-EVO1 aims to continue pushing the limits of possibility to transform classic styles while maintaining an unwavering focus on craftsmanship.

The squared-off edges of this sunglass frame are designed to accentuate the frameless style and complement the screw-mounted lenses. With a strong look while maintaining good styling, the META EVO 1 is the ultimate representation of how retro can fit into fashion-forward design.

Design with purpose in search of beauty: Grand Evo introduces a comprehensive design system that offers the promise of limitless customization for seasons to come: its unique titanium center acts as the anchor for the lens, making the rimless perimeter appear to be floating between the temples. A tribute to UNSEEN’s craftsmanship: Inspired by DITA’s iconic Grandmaster frame, ornate split titanium temples accentuate the minimalist effect of floating lenses.
