The Beta 100 eyeglasses, the newest model in Tocco Eyewear and Studio Optyx’s rimless customisable collection, were unveiled this spring. Patients can design their own personalized frames with almost unlimited combinations thanks to this latest release, which doubles the elements in the Tocco line.
The acetate temple of the Beta 100 eyeglasses has a metal wire core, in contrast to the metal designs of the Alpha models. Beta 100, which comes in 24 colors, deviates from the collection’s more basic looks by adding a brighter, more fun vibe. The acetate temples are decorated with vivid, vivid colors that range from a contemporary checkerboard blend to a traditional warm tortoise. Similar to the first iteration, the titanium wire core gives the frame flexibility and durability, while the titanium bridge keeps the frame feeling featherlight.
The Spring release adds 24 new lens shapes to the collection, bringing the total number of designs to 48, in addition to the Beta 100 spectacles. Each patient can combine one of the 48 temple styles with the preferred lens shape from this customisable assortment, for a total of 2,304 unique pairings. The Beta 100 eyeglasses feature a novel screwed hinge design, but the lens and chassis are still permanently attached thanks to the classic 2-hole compression mount.
Similar to the original release, the Beta 100 eyeglasses are designed to be exhibited as an entire collection so that clients can experiment with every potential pairing when designing their own frame. When they’ve found the ideal combination, they make a patient order and receive the drill patterns for the shape of their choice.
